Leanne's Massage

Thank you all for your kindness and support this past year. It has meant so much to me and the kids as we continue navigating the transition after Pierre’s passing. This season has carried a great deal of emotional weight, along with many responsibilities that were once shared, and I’m deeply grateful for the patience and understanding you’ve shown.

I will be taking dedicated time away from my practice from December 19th to April 1st, 2026 to rest, reset, and support my family through these next few months. This time will allow me to recalibrate emotionally, physically, and mentally so I can return with clarity about how to best move forward in my practice and in life.

In the meantime, I want to ensure your care continues smoothly. Here are two practitioners I know and trust, should you wish to reach out to them during my leave:

Michelle

• Mobile massage

• Doesn’t direct bill

• You can reach her on her cell:

Jody

• Has the same jane app booking as I do

• You can create a profile under her business and book online

Wishing you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I will send an update to my client base in early March with details about my return and next steps.

With gratitude,

Leanne

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, offering therapeutic bodywork through my home-based practice, Leanne’s Massage, in Sherwood Park, Alberta. I earned my diploma in Massage Therapy from the Edmonton College of Swedish Relaxation Massage in 2004 and have maintained registration in the province of Alberta ever since.

Authorized to direct bill for most health insurance policies and is also experienced in managing motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. My practice focuses on therapeutic and deep tissue massage, with specialization in:

-Chronic pain management -Injury recovery and rehabilitation -Stress relief and emotional regulation -Prenatal massage -TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction) -Hot stone massage

Incorporating a variety of advanced techniques, including fire cupping, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. My ongoing commitment to continuing education has led to additional certifications in the treatment of migraines, TMJ dysfunction, and, most recently, shoulder joint dysfunction.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a deep respect for the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. I believe that massage therapy is not just about relieving tension, but about empowering individuals to live more fully in their bodies. Through education on mobility, stress management, and body awareness, she supports her clients in maintaining long-term wellness.

Driven by a sincere desire to help others live pain-free, I bring presence, compassion, and skilled touch to every session. My work is rooted in a belief that meaningful healing happens when clients are met with genuine care, and when therapy is tailored to the unique path of each individual.
